The apartments are in a great location, close to shops, museums, and restaurants. The apartments are spacious. Great amenities. Management and staff are always helpful and friendly. The maintenance team are helpful and reliable.

I’ve had a great experience living at Zen Apollo. The community is welcoming, and the management team is always professional and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The location is very convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. I also appreciate how responsive the staff is and how much they care about keeping the community running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to call home.

I’ve been living at Zen Apollo for years and the staff continue to be friendly and courteous to their tenants needs. The building is always kept well cleaned and the apartments are well maintained with routine maintenance. The apartment sizes are fit according to future tenants wants and needs. The amenities are just beyond great especially for a building located in the great downtown area. You can’t beat the rates and the best part of it all…it’s walking distance to great restaurants and historic sites.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living in this community. The environment is peaceful and very welcoming. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. One thing that stands out is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. The staff are professional and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. The amenities are also clean and enjoyable, which adds to the overall experience of living here. It’s a great place to live with a positive atmosphere and a team that truly cares about the residents. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

The building is so old there is constantly maintenance on pipes causing hot water shut downs. The entire building is infested with cockroaches and pest control has to come every week, but that only will help for a few days. The air conditioning is controlled by the building owner so the cold air doesn't work until mid may which is absolutely brutal and you'll be cooking alive in your apartment. The front desk staff is friendly, but management is so disorganized you have to constantly follow up on little things you ask about. The hallways constantly smell of either garbage or marijuana. Sure the rent is reasonable for the location, but you'll be wanting out of your lease as soon as you sign it.
