I can handle the administrative staff asking us to do things, and they are often the first to break rules. For example, leaving their dogs unleashed and letting them urinate all over the floor randomly and leaving thier dog poop bags next to a wall in the reserved parking downstairs. They ended up cleaning it when they saw us get out of our car; if not, it would still be there.

Modern apartments with the perfect location. You are in walking distance to everything you need. It has great amenities & incredible concierge.

Gonna give all credit to Milad for being the reason we chose the building. The tour was what tie broke us on the apartment, and she has been great since too.

Our apartment has been having issues for months and communication with the Administration is lacking., also we have a credit in our account and they keep putting letters in our portal as we are past due! I can't understand their accounting department. Maintenance is not cooperative either.

It was very nice before but lately the cleaning around the ground is not the same. The maintenance service is very dismissing too. We have been here for 5 years so we have seen it go from good to bad. But unfortunately the rent is keep going up.
