The apartment is a large furnished one-bedroom apartment that measures about 950 ft.². It is located... on the ground level of a 3-story home. It is for one person only.

It has its own bathroom, a private entrance to the street (plentiful and safe parking) and laundry room with a refrigerator and full-size washer-dryer. There’s a galley kitchen with dishwasher and countertop convection oven.

There is a nearby bus stop (N. Glebe Road) to Ballston. The nearest metro is either Ballston or Clarendon, about 10 minutes away (by car). We are located very close to Chain Bridge (and Georgetown).

We are asking a very low rent, $1295 a month, including utilities and cable TV (NETFLIX, HBO, Showtime, plus other premium channels). Minimum stay: 12 months.

In exchange, this person would take care of our house and the kitties (we have two) when we travel, which is why we are offering the apartment at a bargain rate.

We need someone who is dependable, trustworthy, quiet and who likes cats.
